Introduction:
I had heard a lot of good things about WhatsApp Messenger for the last few months and decided to have a look into it. Their title says “Simple. Reliable. Secure.” so it must be good, right? Keep reading to find out
Features:
WhatsApp is just like every other messenger service, except it isn’t.
1. Allows free texting and calling between users. If connected to internet, this is true. The UI is a bit to get used to, but apart from that, it’s solid. 9/10
2. Free MMS and SMS between users and in groups. Once again, good and solid. 8/10
3. Works on most smartphones. Awesome! 8/10
4. Great Video Calling! 8/10
5. Document Transfer 7/10
6. Uses less data than actual calls and texts 9/10
Overall:
This messaging app is great if you want a lightweight and solid basic SMS, MMS and calling app. Kind of short on other features, but great with what it has.
